2009 IPC Powerlifting European Championships - Updated information

IPC Powerlifting would like to keep everyone updated, whilst discussions are ongoing, and inform you that the 2009 IPC Powerlifting European Championships will not take place in 2009.
However, negotiations are still taking place for IPC Powerlifting European Championships to be held in early 2010.

Taking this opportunity we would like to draw your attention to other IPC Powerlifting competition opportunities for this year for athletes to compete (e.g. 2009 IPC Powerlifting Open Asian Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and/or the 2009 IWAS World Games in Bangalore, India).
